- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items:
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used, damaged, or altered products
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
Return Process:
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
